What better way to stay hydrated than to enjoy this delicious, classic salad! We pack flavor and fun into this dish with light and

refreshing ingredients.

It is essential that we stay hydrated to deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood. And it keeps our skin clear and glowing. Who doesn't want gorgeous skin?!

This salad contains crispy, water-rich veggies like cucumbers (90% water) and tomatoes. We add fennel due to its essential oilcontaining 87 volatile compounds that serve as antioxidants, Kalamata olives were added for tradition and for brain-healthy

fats.

Nest is proud of our house-made soft almond cheese so that all dietary preferences can enjoy this salad!
