Dr. Amy Osborne
Amanda ("Amy") received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. While in Chicago, she gained valuable clinical experience at the Rehab Institute of Chicago and the University of Illinois at Chicago Hospital treating patients with spinal cord injuries and neurological pathologies. However, Amy found her true passion in pelvic health. She has taken many continuing education courses related to the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction and musculoskeletal impairments associated with pregnancy and is the recipient of the Certificate of Achievement in Pregnancy & Postpartum Physical Therapy from the APTA. Amy is very passionate about the promotion of pelvic health and breast cancer survivorship and often guest lectures for professional organizations and other community organizations.
Amy is also very involved in the fitness community, as a ACE-certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. She teaches courses for correction of diastasis recti, has extensive experience with exercise prescription for the prenatal and postpartum populations and works with local gyms to educate the community about pelvic floor dysfunction and pain management.
Amy recognizes the importance of addressing more than just a patient’s physical presentation and has pursued continuing education to expand her breadth of knowledge. She uses her background as a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and an ACE-certified Behavior Change Specialist to provide integrative care from a functional medicine approach.
Amy is passionate about providing effective, personalized, evidence-based and culturally competent care and has experience working with the Spanish-speaking population. She promotes health and wellness on her blog dramyosborne.com, where she shares information related to nutrition, fitness and pelvic health. Amy is a Denver native and an avid outdoor enthusiast.

Cora Mattie, MPAS, PA-C
Cora Mattie, MPAS, PA-C is nationally certified physician assistant and owns a primary care practice here in Denver Colorado. She created her medical practice to offer an alternative to traditional healthcare in order to continue providing patients the highest quality of care while remaining focused on their health.
Cora started practicing medicine in an underserved town in Iowa and quickly became the lead practitioner in the urgent care before transitioning her skills to the emergency department. After almost six years she returned to Colorado to start working in a small physician owned family practice that worked closely with the Broncos organization, Boone Heart Institute, and the Denver Metro Fire Department.
After over 13 years in the clinical setting Cora decided to create her own medical practice, Balanced Healthcare. The practice design, a concierge-type, is to provide patients with an all-access pass directly to their medical provider through phone calls, text messaging, emails,
virtual visits, and in-person office visits. Membership to the practice also delivers a long list of included or inexpensive benefits and services like in-office testing and procedures, laboratory evaluation, and medications.
With the provider proficient in managing up to 90 percent of the everyday medical needs and being only a phone call away this makes receiving medical care easy and convenient for patients.
In the corporate setting this translates to providing employees with private access directly to a medical provider who can deliver personalize care to each employee from wherever they are and whenever they need it. The consequences being unmistakably happier and healthier employees!
Working inside Nurture’s health and wellness marketplace has set the stage for the perfect blend of both Western and Eastern medicine by offering the best of both worlds. Focusing evaluation and treatment on “the whole human” means not just treating symptoms and not always relying on pharmaceuticals. Taking a multi-system approach by exploring the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social components of an individual ensures we cast a wider net in discovering the root cause of underlying illness and injury. This allows for more all encompassing treatment options and further assures successful outcomes.
Find out more about how Cora can keep you on the right path in your health and wellness on her website: www.balancedhc.org.
