As of today, fully vaccinated guests need not wear a mask while in Nurture. Otherwise, we kindly request that you please continue to wear a mask in all common areas unless actively eating or drinking in Nest, our cafe.

A member of the Nest cafe kitchen staff, who last worked on Monday, March 8th, has tested positive for COVID-19. In order to best safeguard the health and well-being of our beloved guests, providers, and staff Nest will be closing today until Monday, March 15th for sanitization and a second round of testing of all Nurture employees. Thank you so much for your understanding and support and we look forward to seeing and serving you all next week!

Pre-orders for Nest’s Prepared Meal Service + Cleanses are still available. Please email elizabeth@nurture.me to place your order as our ordering system is temporarily closed until our cafe re-opens this Monday.

We are pleased to share that Nest has reopened for business as usual for dine-in (at 50% occupancy) and for carryout/delivery! We took a long weekend to re-test all teammates and undergo a deep clean of the space. We are grateful more than ever, to re-open our doors to serve our community.

An Update from Nurture //

We are thrilled to share that yesterday, Governor Polis announced that Colorado will be moving counties in Level Red Zone to Level Orange Zone restrictions on Monday, January 4th due to the sustained decline in COVID-19 cases in our state.

Please keep reading for more information about the coming updates for our various businesses and how you can continue to safely engage with all of us here at Nurture under the Level Orange regulations.

Nest Cafe + Bar //

Nest will be open for indoor dining, operating at 25% capacity due to current regulations beginning Monday, January 4th.

Nest will remain open for takeout and delivery orders. Orders from our cafe menu can be placed in-person (while wearing a mask!) or through our online ordering platform.

Nest Immunity Market at Nurture will also remain open, from which we offer whole roasted chickens, fresh produce, Reunion bread loaves, local farm fresh eggs, and other nutritious food goods for purchase.

Nurture Providers //

Your cherished health, fitness, and wellness providers here at Nurture remain OPEN for your self-care needs with all appropriate adjustments of Level Orange. We are so very grateful for this because we all need self-care and supportive treatments and services more than ever.

We transparently request that you continue to support yourself and our providers by scheduling your class, service, or session. We, in turn, will continue to keep you and our community safe by holding to our health screening upon entry, mandatory masks, and cleaning protocols.

Events //

Small group classes and private, personal training will continue to be offered at Nurture at 25% capacity under Level Orange. Exercise is a fundamental practice to strengthen well-being. Here at Nurture, we believe it is needed now more than ever.

An Update from Nurture //

On Tuesday, Governor Polis announced that Denver County will be moving into “Level Red,” and as a result, several new restrictions will go into effect at Nurture as of this Friday, November 20, at 5 p.m.

Over the past six months, we’ve loved welcoming you into Nurture and are incredibly grateful for the wonderful community that has been created as a result. However, now more than ever, we need to keep our community safe - and we need our community to help support us as well.

Please keep reading for more information about the coming updates for our various businesses and how you can safely engage with all of us here at Nurture under the Level Red regulations.

Nest Cafe + Bar //

Nest will remain open, operating at 25% capacity due to current regulations, until Denver’s new Level Red restrictions go into effect this Friday, November 20 at 5 p.m. Nest will be closed Saturday, November 21st, and Sunday, November 22nd.

As of Monday, November 23, Nest will be open for takeout only. To-go orders from our cafe menu can be placed in-person (while wearing a mask!) or through our online ordering platform.

We will also introduce our new Immunity Market at Nurture on Monday, from which we’ll offer whole roasted chickens, fresh produce, Reunion bread loaves, local farm fresh eggs, and other nutritious food products for purchase.

The last six months since we opened our doors have been a lesson in grit and gratitude. Our response to Wednesday’s announcement from Governor Polis is no different... we are in this together

Nurture remains open and we have adopted Level 3 Safer at Home guidelines, while also adhering to our original COVID safety policies, Keep reading for updates regarding each category of our business  and a few reminders from us at Nurture //

NEST (our organic cafe + bar) at Nurture has continued to blossom, so much so that we are expanding our cafe lounge area into Nine (adjacent event space) and throughout the common areas, and will be seating guests at 25% occupancy per room. This allows us to keep our community and our team safe, while creating a safe, socially distanced space for everyone.

NURTURE PROVIDERS (upstairs) are pleased to share that guidelines remain the same for their businesses due to the fact that they see clients on a 1:1 basis. Nurture is home to 60+ small businesses/ providers geared toward your optimal health, happiness, and well-being - all of which are things we all very much need right now!

FITNESS AT NURTURE is now limited to 25% capacity per room under the Level 3 Safer At Home guidelines for all fitness. We will continue to conduct Wellness Screenings at our entrance.

EVENTS at Nurture are limited to a 20 guest maximum capacity under the Level 3 Safer at Home.  We look forward to continuing to host meaningful and safe experiences in our space, and will continue to complete wellness screening at the entrance of our facility for all events. Guests must be seated and stationed in one spot (similar to a restaurant), and masks and social distancing are required for the duration of the event and throughout common areas of Nurture.

We would also like to take this opportunity to reiterate our building-wide COVID protocols, so we can continue to protect our community of providers, staff, and you,  our cherished guests.

PLEASE KNOW //⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • Face masks are required - in ALL common areas, except Nest Lounge when actively eating and drinking. 

  • Brief health screen andrist temperature checks are conducted upon entry. 

  • We enforce social distancing and strongly encourage regular hand sanitation which is available in numerous locations throughout our space, thanks to @colorupcbd

Building Entrance Safety Protocol

  • A face mask is required for entering the building. Clients will be denied access without one.

  • A Health Screening will be conducted for everyone entering the building.

Health Screening

  • Temperature Scan utilizing an industrial-grade thermometer (100.5 or higher will not be admitted)

    Screening questions: 

  1. Do you actively have any of the following symptoms: cough, respiratory issues, tightness of chest, body aches?

  2. Have you, or anyone you live with, tested positive for COVID in the last 30 days? 

  3. Have you or anyone you live with had a fever in the last 30 days? 

  4. Do you work in direct contact with COVID patients or in a facility that screens for COVID?

  5. Do you qualify as a vulnerable individual (i.e. immunocompromised, elderly,  chronic lung illness, etc.)? 

Nurture reserves the right to deny anyone admission to the building for any reason, including the results of the Health Screening.

Additional Procedures

  • Providers and their clients are required to be in masks at all times. Providers are required to abide by practitioner-related restrictions and safety protocols according to their own regulatory body.

  • Providers will meet their client at designated, marked pick-up spot.

  • Providers shall instruct their clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment  to allow for health screening.

  • Providers shall see clients by appointment only.

  • Providers and Visitors are instructed to use 6 ft social distancing and the floors will be marked.

  • No use of waiting rooms or public/gathering areas (they will be taped off)

  • Upstairs restrooms will be reserved for Provider and Client use only.

  • Staff (a roaming person) will clean touch surfaces every half hour.

  • More thorough cleaning of the building will be done nightly.

  • Nest Cafe to-go traffic will be operated out of a separate/isolated entrance.
