Cocktail Recipe // Palisade Peach Gin Fiz

Your new favorite summer sipper? We’ve got JUST the thing - a Palisade Peach Gin Fiz, made by Nest’s Bar Manager, Hailey Vaughn!

INGREDIENTS

• 0.75 OZ Lime Juice

• 0.75 OZ Simple Syrup

• 1.5 OZ Gin

• 1.5 OZ Topo Chico

• Handful of Diced Palisade Peach

• 4 to 5 eaves of Fresh Basil
  
  

INSTRUCTIONS

• First dice your peaches and add to your shaker.

• Add your basil leaves and pour your Agave Simple Syrup over.

• Muddle all together until nicely macerated.

• Once finished, add your lime juice and Gin.

• Shake together with ice.

• Once done Shaking, top your cocktail off with Topo Chico!

• Stir and Pour contents into your favorite glass.

• Top with a Basil Leaf and Slice of Peach and Voila!

• Enjoy!
